ARTICLE 7
NON-DISCRIMINATION

Section 2-7-1. Non-Discrimination. It is the ongoing policy and practice of the City of Northglenn to provide equal opportunity in employment to all qualified employees and applicants. The City of Northglenn is committed to making employment decisions based on valid requirements, without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, age, veteran status, disability, political affiliation, or sexual orientation. This non-discrimination policy shall apply to all terms, conditions, and privileges of employment, including hiring, probation, testing, training and development, promotion, transfer, compensation, benefits, educational assistance, termination, layoffs, social and recreational programs, and retirement.

The City's Equal Employment Officer and ADA Compliance Coordinator shall be the City of Northglenn City Manager, or the City Manager designee.
