Section 2-5-1. City Treasurer - Qualifications.

The City treasurer shall be the Director of Finance and shall be appointed pursuant to City Charter and ordinance.

The treasurer when appointed shall possess the qualifications required of the Director of Finance.

Section 2-5-2. Duties. The City treasurer shall have and exercise all of the powers and perform all of the duties authorized and required by the City Charter and all of the powers and duties provided by the ordinances and resolutions of the City of Northglenn.

Section 2-5-3. Fidelity Bond. The City treasurer shall not be required to post a fidelity bond.
