Section 16-6-1. Municipal Building--Location. The municipal building for the City of Northglenn, Colorado, shall be established and located in the City of Northglenn, State of Colorado, on the real property more particularly described as: that part of the North one-half of Section 3, Township 2 South, Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Adams County, Colorado, described as: Beginning at the North one-quarter corner of said Section 3; thence S00_41'21"E on an assumed bearing along the North-South centerline of said Section 3, a distance of 1627.25 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N66_34'46"W, a distance of 530.30 feet; thence S23_25'14"W, a distance of 328.21 feet; thence S03_42'45"E, a distance of 97.00 feet; thence S84_42'56"E, a distance of 640.30 feet to a point on the Westerly R.O.W. line of Community Center Drive, said point being the beginning of a curve to left, the delta of said curve is 15_00'00", the radius of said curve is 729.58 feet, the chord of said curve bears N06_48'39"E, 190.46 feet; thence along the arc of said curve and said Westerly R.O.W. line, a distance of 191.00 feet to the end of said curve; thence N00_41'21"W along said Westerly R.O.W. line a distance of 57.61 feet; thence S89_18'39"W, a distance of 48.70 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 4.6457 Acres, more or less, subject to a utility easement, recorded in Book 2506 at page 322-35, Adams County Records.

Section 16-6-2. Municipal Building--Zoning. The zoning ordinances and regulations of the City of Northglenn shall not apply to this real property and to buildings or other structures erected on this or other real property owned by the City of Northglenn, Colorado, so long as the same is used for municipal purposes by the City of Northglenn, Colorado.

Section 16-6-3. Building Regulations Applicable. All buildings and other structures now or hereafter located on the property described in Section 16-6-1 of this ordinance shall be erected, constructed, remodeled, altered and maintained pursuant to and in compliance with all applicable building regulations of the City of Northglenn in effect at the time of such erection, construction, remodeling, alteration or maintenance, as set forth in Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code.
